Acai Rezept Aprikosen-Hafer-KugelnApricot-Oat-Balls with Acai powder

Ingredients
for 20-24 balls:
125 g fine porridge oats
125 g dried unsulphurated apricots
100 g sliced almonds
2 tablespoons honey
3 teaspoons Acai powder
Juice of 1-2 lemons

Preparation

Softly roast the sliced almonds in a pan and let it cool down. Then mash them in a mixer with the lemon juice. Add all the other ingredients and knead them. If the dough is too fluffy add some more honey. Now form small balls and roll them in porridge oats.


Acai Rezept MüsliBlueberry-Curd Cheese-Dessert with Acai powder

Ingredients
for 2 persons:
200 g blueberries
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1 tablespoon almond sticks
250 g curd cheese
1 tablespoon cane sugar
2 teaspoons Acai powder
grind cinnamon

Preparation
Rinse the blueberries in a colander and dry them softly. Add a few drops of orange juice and maple syrup, then stir in the Acai powder. Roast the almonds softly in a pan until they are golden-brown and nice-smelling, let them cool down on a plate. Dust it with a little cinnamon. Stir the curd cheese and sugar carefully. Pile up the marinated blueberries in turns with the curd cheese-sugar-mix in dessert glasses and decorate it with the almond sticks.
