Ingredients: 100 % pure Catuaba bark, cut
Recommended use: Boil 1 heaped tablespoon of tea bark for 5 minutes in ½ litre water and then let it draw for about 15 minutes. Sweeten with honey. A small slash of lemon juice added after boiling will help to dissolve the mineral nutrients.
