Ingredients: 100 % pure Jatoba bark, cut
Recommended use: Boil 1 heaped tablespoon of tea bark in ½ litre water for 5 minutes, then let it draw for 15 minutes. Sweeten with honey. A small slash of lemon juice added after boiling will help to dissolve the mineral nutrients.
